All in stock orders will ship within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For custom orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an E.T.A.

Orders shipped within the U.S. will ship 2-day UPS with adult signature required. Shipping is $30 and includes insurance. Due to the high value of our pieces, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
We are located in California and will need to charge sales tax to any order being shipped within California or picked up from our studio.
International shipping is done through FedEx or DHL with a $90 shipping fee that includes insurance. The $90 shipping fee does not cover any customs, tariffs, taxes, and/or duty fees.
For all international shipments, outside of the U.S., the receiver will be responsible for paying any local customs, tariffs, taxes, and/or duty fees incurred from importing goods. Please understand that these charges are outside of our authority, as they are defined by the receivers local government. These fees vary and are determined by a number of factors and are therefor not included in our shipping fees. Please reach out to us if you need any additional paperwork inorder to clear your order from customs. If for any reason, customs cannot reach the receiver, or the fees go unpaid, the order will be returned to us at the receiver's expense.
It is possible for your order to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
