ONLINE RETURNS:

Exchanges, credits, and refunds are accepted up to 10 days after the item has been received. Customers will assume responsibility for all shipping charges.

Items must be returned within the 10 days and must be in original condition and in original packaging.

Please ship with signature required, insurance, and reach out to us with tracking information inorder to insure your return arrives safely. We cannot refund returns that have been lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for items returned without prior notification. 

 

SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS:

We pride ourselves in satisfying our customers and want you to love wearing your pieces as much as we love making them. So please be sure to communicate clearly with an Account Manager prior to placing a custom order to make sure all the details are correct. 

We do not accept returns on special orders, custom orders, or made-to-order pieces. If you have any questions, please contact enquiries@pollywales.com. 

 

REPAIRS:

We are always happy to repair, refinish and clean our pieces whenever possible. Each piece must be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to a fee. This process may take up to 8-10 weeks, depending on the complexity.

For all repairs, please get in touch with us at enquiries@pollywales.com to obtain an RA#. All repairs must have an RA# written on the outside of the box.

Please ship with signature required, insurance, and reach out to us with tracking information inorder to insure your repair arrives safely. We kindly ask that you do not ship anything to us without contacting us at enquiries@pollywales.com to receive an RA# for your repair.  We are not responsible for items returned without prior notification.
